Rules and format
We play by PDGA rules. Latitude 64° Festival LV2026 is a non-PDGA event, you won't get any PDGA rating, only Disc Golf Metrix rating. Main event is played on four courses - Rezidence Kurzeme(blue), 9Hill(Blue/Silver), Laumas(blue/Red), and Tukums.
We have 360 players participating on 4 courses at the same time. The event is a two-day/weekend-based event with different side events included (weeklies, Free doubles game).
The main event starts on Saturday. You will play two rounds on Saturday (23.05.) and one round on Sunday (24.05.).
You will play three rounds on 3 courses. We have 5 different divisions: 4 male divisions based on Disc Golf Metrix rating, and one female division. We play a shotgun start on Saturday and Sunday. First round is flex start (you can choose your starting basket), second and third round pool is score and class-based.

Festival HQ are in Rezidence Kurzeme. All side events, player's parties and activities, accommodation, and dining are in Rezidence Kurzeme.

Detailed group-based time schedule and course maps will be revealed at the week of the competition. We will use 100% Disc Golf Metrix marking. All the results will be in Disc Golf Metrix, Latitude 64 Festival is a paper-free event.
Competition classes
We have Five divisions no matter what.
MPO: Male players will be divided into 3 divisions a week prior to the event based on Disc Golf Metrix ratings.
FPO: One division or *Female players will also have a chance to compete in male divisions by ratings. Decision made a week prior to the event.
Friends&Family division: max 90 MIX Players who prefer to spend all weekend with friends & family in the same car/course, TOP2 MPO & TOP1 FPO will be awarded. Players in this division will play all 3 rounds in the same course, so you can enjoy each other's company going to and back from the course together with your friends.

Awarding & Prizes
TOP3 of every division will get trophies and different kinds of prizes from sponsors. The prize pool is non-monetary.
We will have different kinds of side prizes: challenges, raffles, hole-in-one show, ring-of-fire events, and a free doubles game.
Latitude 64° Festival is a promotional event where we mostly focus on having fun and just chillin'.

  • 15:00 Awarding and closing ceremony, Prize Raffle for players who are in the Rezidence!
Registration and players pack
Registration will be in three phases. Every player will get a player's pack during the Festival (Festival disc + Nordcrunch NasChi, a Treat from Graci and a drink form Abavas ).
You can collect your player's pack throughout the whole weekend starting from Friday 12:00 at Rezidence Kurzeme.

Catering at the event
Beverages will be sold at Rezidence Kurzeme throughout the weekend starting from Friday (23.05) 18:00. Non-alchoholic, Draft beer, Draft cider, vines, etc.
